Shepard loves The Future

I'm currently reading Bill Bryson's "A Short History of Nearly Everything", and on thinking about what to do for my next Shepardy work of fanart, I recalled what he had said about the vastness of space, and the practical impossibility of ever meeting one of the many alien species that probably share our galaxy. Mass Effect manages to solve this problem by introducing Super Awesome Alien Technology, and then aliens and humans live happily ever after, working in complete co-operation (ahaha) and not being threatened by Enormous Sentient Robots Out To Kill Them All. Shep has seemingly forgotten about said Robots, and is focussing on her delightful, sleep-talking companion. Bless. XD
